thanks for this nice article and others u have send...anyway u wont be charged to play against ur friend or add a friend list, but u might be charged for dowloadable content or maybe mmorpgs like WOW or maybe EVE ONLINE and u might be asked to pay for tracks or maps for games.

the ps3 is worth the price in the long run, let me compare:
x-box 360 premium = £280 + wirless adapter(£100) + 1 year of x box live(£40) + charge kits(15) + 1 extra wirless controller(40) + 2 games(80) HD-DVD add on = £755
ps3=425 + extra controller(40) + 2 games(80) + mini usb so u can charge ur pads(5) hdmi cable(10)= 560
more worth the money, no need to have an add on cause it is already built in and wirless aswell, people do...
remeber when that x box guy said that pro evo will be an exclussive for 12 months? and konami denied it, so u never know.
untill rockstar confirms it i will belive nothing and btw they took out the dirty scenes in the ps2 versions and the hackers unlocked it so u never know.

i hope they have some game demos aswell. i am a movie buff but i do want to test games aswell, i hope they do the same thing with the ps2 and gives a game demo and film demo aswell.
great post and the ps3 looks really slick, like a black ferrari. my only complaint was that he didnt take enough video from the tv, i wanted to see how it looked like.
i dont think peopel would even notice, but they would get kinda pissed of getting another dvd player which can read 10 layers. at least it is better than replacing ur dvds with blu ray and HD-DVD.
i agree with shadow flare, when he said that MS is just trying to keep their old customers, but they are still doing a good job. Sony have disapointed me, i wanted to get a ps3 on chrismass( i live in the uk) but now i will have to wait, unless i import. i was thinking of getting a 360 but my neighbor has one and he has all the latest games, so i dunno, i still want a ps3 but i recon i can import, so what do u guys think?

and where is motorstorm, resistance, warhawk and ridge racer aswell? i think this article is biased because blue dragon could not of come first i mean its an overhyped rpg, i think oblivion, ff and white knight and fable are better rpgs also kingdom hearts.
the ground bit looks worse then when ur flying in the air, but its not as bad as ps2 graphics.

the guy who was playing the demo was rubbish, he didnt even know how to play properly man, i mean WTF at least get someone that can play the game properly.
so the blu ray player in the ps3 is high quality aye i remeber one member of this site(the mart) who said that the ps3's blu ray player would be "crappy" and "low quality" i guess you where wrong.
anyway this is good news for the ps3 and i hope i can import one from the US.
